Making sure you have a healthy balanced diet and managing fluctuations in appetite, its essential to managing ADHD symptoms through good nutrition and supplementation. As a qualified nutritionist, coaching for 10 years, and an ADHD nutrition specialist, I have the knowledge and the tools to support you through this process.
